Reliance Brush Management is Hiring
We are a local forestry company in business over 10 yrs. We specialize in brush grinding and habitat restoration in Central Arizona. We currently have positions open for equipment operators and a field mechanic. We work in the woods, on ranches and in nature, not in an office or building. We work whether hot or cold, wet or dry. The work is demanding and hard, but it is honest work for honest pay. We are looking for a few good people to join us as we grow our company. Opportunities for advancement and growth within the company are available.
Job requirements
- Operating Heavy Equipment
- Maintenance and Repair of Heavy Equipment
- Travel/Staying on Project
- Clean Driving Record
- Tram Player (if you can't get along you won't stay long)
- Teachable
Benefits
- Pay $18/hr-$25/hr
- Four 10hr days per week/Three day weekend
- Annual Paid Time Off
- Annual Paid Sick Leave
- Paid Holidays (2 per year)
- Profit Share (after 1 year)
- Possible Pay Package after 1year $50k-$70k
